Place of data handling
The handling of data linked to the web services of this site is made care of the web farm of Rackspace, US Inc., and is handled by staff employed for this purpose. The information received by way of the forms present on this site arrives directly from the email accounts of the clients and is used for the sole purpose of providing the requested service. Capri On Line declines every responsibility for the use which its clients may make of the information acquired. A copy of the messages sent by way of the forms present on this site is archived for 60 days in the mail server owned by Capri On Line Srl and situated in the web farm of Rackspace, US Inc.
Type of data handled
The information systems and the software procedures which guarantee the functioning of this web site come into possession of certain personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of protocols of communication via the Internet. The IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users who connect to the site, the time the request is made, and other information of a technical nature which are part of the normal flow of data between client and server all come under this category.
