Locanda San Vigilio
San Vigilio is the most enchanting place on Lake Garda; stretching our across the cool limpid water, forming a point that takes its name from a sainted monk who lived in the year 1000. Even in Roman times it was wellknown and inhabitated. You enter trough a lane of ancient cupress trees and you can admire all around the beautiful olive trees characteristics to this area. At the end of the lane you will find the beautiful XVI century villa built from a design by Sanmicheli, surrounded by gardens and a park with orange and lemon groves which thrive due to the mild climate.
Within the garden lies the small ancient church dedicated to San Vigilio.
A small cobbled street take you dosn to the small port, near which you will find the Bar Taverna that has lawns and gardens for visitors to enjoy.
Breakfasts, lunches, dinners and other functions can be organized and reserved. The Locanda San Vigilio overlooks the lake and is also situated near the port, it has received guests from the year 1500 and has 4 double rooms and 3 suites.
From the lane of cypress trees you can enter the beautiful park called 'Baia delle Sirene'.

- From Verona: exit Affi - Lago di Garda; motorway S450 to Costermano, Garda and Punta San Vigilio.
