Located in the center of the medieval town of Spello, Hotel Palazzo Bocci occupies a magnificent town house, the origins of which can be traced back to the 14th century.

Many of the features of the building date back to the latter half of the 18th century, when the palazzo was included in the major urban restoration project which involved the old town center of Spello, commissioned by the influential Passeri family. The family responsible for the rebirth of Palazzo Bocci is a direct descendant of the old noble family of Spello whose origins go back to the 14th century.

Palazzo Bocci, opened as a hotel in 1992, offering guests the opportunity to enjoy surroundings and rooms that evoke an atmosphere of rare beauty. From the charming fountain at the entrance of the building, to the hanging garden, from the sumptuous Hall of Frescoes, to the luxurious guest suites. The Hotel has a total of 23 elegantly furnished guest bedrooms and suites. All rooms are soundproofed and equipped with every modern comfort.

The historical building houses a number of hidden rooms and niches, just waiting to be discovered. In Palazzo Bocci one can admire the remarkable painting by Benvenuto Cripoldi and several artworks by masters of the period.

Located in a fascinating edifice once used as an old oil press, the building of the "Il Molino" restaurant dates back to the 14th century and today offers guests a unique dining venue featuring a magnificent open fireplace and views of walls from the Roman period. The restaurant has a seating capacity for up to 100 people. In the warm summer months, meals are served al fresco on the terrace. The cuisine is inspired by the great Umbrian culinary tradition using prime ingredients such as truffles from Norcia, wild mushrooms, pulses, game, wild asparagus and mountain herbs.
