The sumptuous interiors still contain a great number of the original pieces of antique furniture first used to decorate the hotel, including beautiful pieces of the inlaid wooden furniture for which the cabinet makers of Sorrento are still famous today. The "Vittoria" Restaurant occupies, arguably, the hotel's most beautiful rooms, characterised by magnificent frescoed ceilings and exquisite deco furnishings. Here guests are presented with superlative Mediterranean cuisine and a selection of the finest regional and international wines. Inspirational Italian cuisine, prepared using the best of the Campania region's traditional and highly prized gastronomic produce, is served at the Terrazza "Bousquet"; on a terrace overlooking the Gulf of Naples and with views across the waters towards the islands of Ischia and Procida. In the summer months, excellent Neapolitan pizza, cooked in a traditional wood burning oven, can be enjoyed at the Orangerie pool restaurant.

Within the Grand Hotel Excelsior Vittoria's five acres of private garden, strewn with citrus trees, there is a large swimming pool where to soak in the Mediterranean sun. Nestling among the olive and orange trees, occupying what was once an elegant greenhouse, the holistic centre "Boutique Spa La Serra" offers a number of rituals and wellness treatments performed in individual suites, each with its own Jacuzzi pool.
