Hotel Costantinopoli 104 is something of a rarity in central Naples, a delightful 19 bedroom boutique hotel immersed in shady gardens, which offers an oasis of tranquillity in the heart of this notoriously vivacious historic city.

The hotel occupies a villa, built in the late 1800's on the site of an old monastic complex, in elegant Art Nouveau style. The family crests visible on the façade of the Hotel Costantinopoli 104 and the stone archway leading though to the garden, belonged to the Marquis Spinelli; the influential member of the Italian aristocracy who commissioned the building of the villa as his residence in Naples.

The villa has been expertly restored so as to conserve its original architectural features, including the exquisite stained glass windows and immense marble fireplace. The interiors are still adorned with a great number of furnishings and rare artworks chosen for the villa by the Marquis over a century ago.

Hotel Costantinopoli 104 offers visitors to Naples rooms and suites, all finely decorated and equipped with every modern comfort including satellite television and internet connection. Some of the rooms lead out on to the terrace adorned with urns filled with sweet smelling flowers and herbs, which overlooks the gardens and where, in warm weather, breakfast is served.
